Sarah Munkacsy

Principal and Founder
Sarah has successfully staged properties beachside and in the Melbourne/Viera/Palm Bay area. After starting her Florida real estate career and suffering through trying to help buyers imagine what empty rooms could look like and dealing with sellers whose vacant properties continued to sit, many times not even generate a single offer even after multiple price reductions, Sarah began to provide basic staging services. She found that she had a passion and a knack for staging vacant properties and became a certified ASP® Real Estate Agent. Sarah has previously been a real estate investor, property manager, owner/operator of a tanning salon chain, and an account executive for a large IT services company.
